Night trams on the way to Kraków

From the end of September, two new tram routes will operate overnight in Kraków, in addition to the regular bus service.

Lines 64 and 69 will connect Nowa Huta and Bronowice, and Krowodrza Górka and Bieżanów. They will run every 30 minutes, and in order to protect passenger safety will consist of one long carriage each. The tram service, as well as the night buses, will stop for five minutes on ulica Lubicz, next to Kraków’s main railway station, to enable passengers to change lines.

Piotr Hamarnik, of the Office of Municipal Infrastructure and Transport (ZIKiT), told the Polish-language newspaper Gazeta Wyborcza that the tram routes had been introduced due to public demand. He added that there were no plans to operate night trams to other parts of the city.

  1. An interesting discussion is definitely worth comment.
I think that you need to publish more about this subject matter, it may not be
a taboo subject but generally people do not discuss
these issues. To the next! Many thanks!!
