The screen stars attended the screening at Kraków’s Kijów.Centrum cinema. The movie, which won the Silver Lions award at this year’s Gdynia Film Festival, is set for release in Poland on October 19. Obława is a second world war thriller, in which Dorociński plays a soldier with the job of executing an old school friend (Stuhr). It was filmed around Kraków between November 2011 and January this year.
Dorociński said: “It all starts with the script, which in this case was fantastic. Work took place in difficult conditions, but it was worth it. I like movies that trigger your imagination and give you food for thought. I think that Obława is such a film.”
