Kraków’s New Year’s Eve celebrations will once again feature live music this year – but there will be no multi-million złoty stars on show.
Last year’s Sylwester event was cut back to fireworks and recorded music, because the city could not afford to pay live acts. This year is to feature lesser-known and local artists, who will perform in Rynek Główny from 8.30pm on December 31. They are expected to include the likes of Joanna Słowińska and Kroke.
No decision has yet been taken on the format of the traditional fireworks and laser show.
