A hundred people have been evacuated and 14 fire crews called in to tackle a fire in Warsaw’s Praga district.
The historic outbuildings at ul. Brzeskiej 5 were ablaze as Inside-Poland.com went to press, and firefighters in the capital said it would take many hours to bring the blaze under control.
Fire crews were alerted at about 8pm on March 16. By 1am the next day, the fire still gripped the building, although firefighters had reached the source – a disused attic.
